1. Returns & Refund Eligibility
We accept returns and provide refunds under the following conditions:
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- The return request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.
Please note: Certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized products, or pet food, may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or defective product
Once verified, we will either:
- Issue a full refund, or
- Send a replacement at no additional cost
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please note:
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the return is due to a damaged or defective item.
